Master Services Agreement

Effective Date: Upon client acceptance

Parties: Empire Core Consulting LLC (“Provider”) and the Client (“Client”)

1. Software Licensing & Access

The Empire Core Quantum OS software (“the Software”) is a proprietary, trade-secret-protected system. No direct access to the Software’s architecture, methodology, or engine logic is permitted without a $100,000 (USD) security deposit.

The monthly license ($299/mo) grants Client ongoing access to outputs, reports, and strategic intelligence generated by the Software through services delivered by Empire Core Consulting LLC. The Software itself is never provided in source or object code form.

2. Services

Provider shall deliver strategic intelligence services as selected by Client from the following catalog:

Tiered Service Packages

• Strategic Diagnostic ($1,050): Full forensic audit + reality-anchored strategy dossier. Turnaround: 3–7 business days.
• Rapid Build Sprint ($3,500): 30-day MVP build (web app, funnel, campaign). Turnaround: 30 calendar days.
• Full Implementation ($17,500): End-to-end product + go-to-market system. Turnaround: 60 calendar days.
• Licensing ($299/mo first 3 months): Monthly access to Empire Core engine + intelligence reports. Turnaround: Ongoing.
• Elite Retainer ($7,000/mo first month): Dedicated AI-human team. Turnaround: Weekly delivery.

Micro-Services (À La Carte)

• Strategic Hook ($97): Viral hook + 3 content angles. Turnaround: <24 hours.
• Reality-Anchor Audit ($197): Validate idea against empirical anchors. Turnaround: <48 hours.
• Career Lattice Map ($147): Cross-domain expert map. Turnaround: <24 hours.
• Archetype Narrative ($247): Chaotic Aunt + Overthinker story. Turnaround: <48 hours.
• Funnel Blueprint ($297): $7 → $497 funnel map. Turnaround: <72 hours.
• Go-to-Market Sprint ($797): Full launch plan. Turnaround: 5 business days.
• Ethical Risk Scan ($127): Flag dark patterns, compliance gaps. Turnaround: <24 hours.
• CDI Score Report ($177): Composite Diversity Index + improvement plan. Turnaround: <48 hours.

3. Deliverables

All services include:

• Reality-anchored, hallucination-free strategic output
• PDF dossier + private dashboard access
• Human-reviewed and audited intelligence
• 30-day support for clarifications

4. Payment

Full payment is due upon engagement. All prices are in USD. Discounts are applied at time of invoice.

5. Intellectual Property

Client receives a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use deliverables for their business. The underlying Empire Core Quantum OS engine, methodology, and architecture remain the sole and exclusive property of Empire Core Consulting LLC. Reverse engineering, scraping, or replication is strictly prohibited.

6. Confidentiality

Provider treats all Client information as confidential. Client agrees not to disclose the engine’s outputs as their own proprietary methodology.

7. Limitation of Liability

Provider’s liability is limited to the amount paid by Client. Provider does not guarantee specific business outcomes.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
